I knew right off how this effect was done, but it was so effective and such a great gag, I had to reproduce it myself. It started with finding a half skeleton for a discount price at a Halloween store. A little costuming and some extremely difficult piping got it ready for the effect portion. The wine going down the gullet was actually a wind decoration. Something that is not readily available anymore.
